While we were there we caught ourselves a nice Dolphin/Mahi- Mahi. We weren't going to be able to eat all of that big guy so we gave some away to the local Bahamians. In return they made us some yummy conch salad! I also reeled in a nice tuna, which made great sushi, and seared tuna. Along with Strawberry Groupers, and large Mangrove Snappers, we also caught a 20 pound Hogfish, which is the biggest I have ever caught.
